For all students participating in the Chicago trip, please remember that in accordance with the payment schedule, your current balance should be at or below $400 as of July 15th. For those currently above $400, payments to the balance due should be turned in on or before August 1st. Checks addressed to GCHS Band Aid Club can be dropped in the band room “Bait Box”. Credit card payments (which require a 3.5% processing fee) can be made at band camp drop-off or pick-up on Saturday, July 30th – See Band Aid Club President Mike Marino in the band room.
For students who have not yet signed up but wish to go on the trip, you MUST submit the trip form (available on the website forms page) and a copy of your state issued ID card, along with current due payment ($1250) by August 1st.
