CONGRATULATIONS to the Gulf Coast High School Wind Ensemble Band as 2023 recipients of the The Florida Bandmasters Association Otto J. Kraushaar Award. The award is given to those band programs in the state that have earned straight superior ratings at all FBA events during a single school year, including marching, district concert and state concert assessments.
