Please review all of the linked forms below. All students MUST complete and submit all required forms before Band Camp. They can be turned in during a Tuesday summer practice, during Uniform Fitting, or at the Parent’s Meeting on July 26. Students will not be permitted to attend Band Camp if these forms are not submitted.
